Dr. Kling Sándor

I grew up in a family that always developed its own business, and I was motivated to create a forward looking organization when I finish my studies. Before founding my own company I worked for different companies to get as much experience as possible. I am a big fan of motorsports and one of my dreams came by working for a Formula 1 team. I learned a huge amount of details from various departments in one of the world leading companies, and I decided to build the most of it into our company. We are delighted to extend our competencies and apply the knowledge that I picked up so far in our life.

  1. Establishing Kling Technologies was based on the experience of Sándor Kling and Richárd Kleri at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics.
  2. During their university years they designed and produced 2 composite rims - in a program named Formula Student - which they ran in races.
  3. The story of the composite rims started in 2013, when their joint decision led to the idea of designing a mass producible rim.
  4. After this, in 2014 they participated in the Bayern Innovative expo in Munich, where their displayed model received a positive reception.
  5. As a result of 5 years of designing and testing the first 19 inch rim was completed.
  6. Joint work of Kling Technology Kft and Red Bull Racing in the design of the F1 racing car.
